Services include Homemaker personal care, financial management assistance, respite services, recreation and leisure.

Homemaker/Personal Care
This service implements personal support based on an individual’s plan. Personal care services may include assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing. Homemaker services assist an individual with domestic skills such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry and meal preparation. This service also provides support to accompany an individual on appointments and/or personal business matters.

Financial Management Assistance
This service guides and assists individuals in managing their finances. These services can include teaching and reinforcing money management skills and bill paying.

Respite Services
Individualized services intended to provide caregivers “time away” from their care-giving responsibilities.

Recreation and Leisure
Supervised activities intended to integrate individuals into recreational and leisure activities. These activities may include, but are not limited to day trips, overnight outings and/or vacations. These planned activities are individualized and geared to meet the desires and wishes of the individual.

Skill Development
This service provides intervention that focuses on both preventing the loss of skills and also to enhance already developed skills.  The goal of skill development is to encourage greater independence both at home and in the community.

Nursing Service
In order to provide oversight of the care provided to individuals with developmental disabilities or those who are ill, injured, or convalescing, a staff of Registered Nurses is available to assess the health problems and needs of those individuals.
